It seems like everyone on TV and the big screen look like glamorous gods that none of us can come even close to. They have slim and althletic legs, slim waists, stunning hairdos and tanned skin. The thing is that they acheive this through hard work, good lighting, makeup and even some photoshop airbrusshing.
But if you want to look your best then you're really going to want to look at your diet plus exercise. Whether you're a Hollywood starlet or a cahsier in a supermarket being fit and healthy should be your number one goal.
When it comes to fad diets, Hollywood is where it's at because so much money can be made from looking young and beautiful. It seems like every month you hear about a new pill, potion, exercise regime, diet or whatever. The problem is that we're all individuals and what will work on one person might not work on you.
Supermodel Claudia Schiffer claims not to be on any kind of diet but she has tried many of them in the past. Her conclusion is that diets simply mess up your metabolism and that she just eat 3 meals a day. The foods she eats include fruit, vegetables and other healthy things like that. She avoids snacking between meals however does like the odd bit of chocolate between meals. Just be careful not to eat the whole box!
Geri Halliwell’s is pretty much the same. She's been well reported by going over the top with dieting and exercise but now she just wants to be sensible. It seem that more and more celebs are looking to have a more natural and curvy figure instead of tying to become a stick insect. So if you want to be stick thin, perhaps you can now reconsider.
Claire Sweeney is another familiar face on TV and she has choosen the Weight Watchers diet just because she's able to eat some foods that she enjoys. There's no point in making your life a misery. Detoxing was difficult for her and Atkins caused problems with your kidneys. So a good old simple diet is fine.
Gwyneth Paltrow has been on a pretty strict diet which means cutting out any animal products and caffeine. Although she did give it up whilst pregnant but is now back on the macrobiotic diet plan. However she's not quite as strict.
So when you consider the above, you'll realize there's no need to be skinny as a rake. Just eat healthy and exercise more. However if you are really having a hard time of keeping your meals to a small size then you might want to look at Unique Hoodia reviews for some ideas. Although starving yourself isn't the idea. Just just need to become less obessed with eating huge amounts of food.
